2) Mindset: bouncing back, stop spiraling, break perfectionism, identity
3) Hunger: maximizing volume, things that impact hunger, emotional eating
4) Suggestive Eating: Temptation, food environment, saying "no"
5) Social Eating: managing food pushers, changing context, making fitness friends.
If someone can master those, their journey will be amazing.


Custom Programing
Each person will get a personalized fitness program based on a 15 question survey about: Goals, injuries, accessibility to equipment and fitness level. Each program has videos on every exercise. Each month new workouts will be given that build off the previous month. This is different than other programs that are just more of the same every month.

Weekly Coaching Calls
My biggest skill set is coaching. Its talking, helping people navigate, helping people change perspectives, breaking down hurdles and coming up with solutions. Because of that these weekly coaching calls are invaluable to clients who want to get results for good. And we like to have fun while doing it :)

Specific Nutrition Actions
A huge aspect of success is helping clients come up with small actions they feel confident in doing, and they feel they have agency over. By focusing on what the clients feel they can do and own, the chances of success are much higher, the accumulation of these habits pays off in radical body transformations.

Video Form Feedback
No more questions on if they are doing an exercise correctly, simply take a video of yourself doing the exercise and then send it to use for us to coach you on.

Nutrition Course
This 12 week nutrition course is built to cover not just macros, food for health, but also get deep into mind set, motivation, self compassion, understanding results, overcoming the 5 main hurdles (hunger, emotional eating, logistics, social eating and food availability)

Its common for people to be unsure about if what they are doing is working, well we got you covered. Here will provide feedback on results and nutrition logged, to make sure you are getting great results.

Text check-ins
It's easy for any coach to just give a bunch of stuff, then never check in. Not here, we are going to reach out via text 3 x a week to ensure everything is going well. We will see when you aren't doing the tasks, and we just give a crap
